ANIME REVIEW #2 : KAGEWANI Episode 2

The scene starts with a mountain climber lady falling on the snowy ground.
Hairy UMA appears. Could this be a Yeti?
Banba-sensei gets a call about lady climber Kuroda and goes to the hospital to check his friend's condition and investigate what happened to her.
YES, this is surely done by a monster. I bet the cops will make a cover-up story.

Ms. Kuroda & Co. climbing up the mountain.
One dude caught hypothermia and needs medical attention right away.
But Ms.Kuroda disagrees. They're 50 meters away to the mount's summit. She's so close to finding her dear Papa.
Ms. Kuroda flashbacks. She gave him a music box.
Night time, Yeti kaijuu appears. He's equipped with Night vision goggles + heat signatures apparently.
By morning, everyone is dead. Except for her (PLOT ARMOR) and her sick hypothermia friend.
Kuroda uses a flare to signal a helicopter to save the 2 of them. But...she gets knocked down into the kaijuu's feeding grounds.
At least you're not alone.
Wait, that's your dad.
The kaijuu really is a Yeti kaijuu.
Stripping to your bare minimum to lower your body temperature.
But the Yeti kaijuu can still sense some heat...
Music box suddenly plays itself and enables Kuroda to finally call the heli.
Kuroda finally awakes at the hospital.
And hands Banba-sensei her dad's nametag. SO YES, THE STORY IS TRUE. NOT SOME HALLUCINATION.
Banba-gaze intensifies.
Not much insight on what "Kagewani" is in this episode. I still wonder what that scar on Banba-sensei's face is and how is he related to the Kaijuus.
